Spring Commencement 2008

This form should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 5 to ensure processing prior to the Spring Commencement ceremony. A.   Specialty Seating Area:

Tickets are required for the Specialty Seating area. Students must exchange 2 of their standard tickets for 2 tickets in the standard seating area. One ticket is for the guest, and one is for a companion. This section is located on the ground floor of the Events Center and is accessed via an elevator. Guests with mobility concerns may receive a wheelchair escort, and seating is arranged to accommodate guests’ personal wheelchairs in this area.

 

Students that request this accommodation will be notified by email when the tickets are ready at the Registrar’s Office. Students will be advised to bring photo ID and their standard tickets at time of pick-up

B.   Reserved Parking:

Handicapped parking is provided in Lot F1, in front of the Events Center entrance. Guests must have and display an official handicapped parking pass in their vehicle to enter this area. A limited number of reserved handicapped spaces are available for Lot F1by request on a first-come, first-served basis; reserved spots guarantee access to Lot F1. Approved reservation requests will receive a dashboard parking pass that must be displayed upon arrival for the ceremony.

 

Students will be notified by email if they have been approved for a single reserved parking space and when the parking pass is available for pick up at the Registrar’s Office; they must bring photo id with them to obtain the pass.
