We hope to make the Commencement Ceremonies enjoyable and accessible for all participants and guests.

Parking and seating arrangements for guests with mobility concerns may be confirmed with the Seating & Parking Accommodation Request Form. Forms can be dropped off, mailed, or faxed to the Registrar's Office once available. The Spring 2008 request form should be submitted by Monday, May 5, 2008 to ensure processing prior to the ceremony.

Graduate and Undergraduate students may request up to two passes for the Special Seating area to accommodate guests with mobility concerns. Students may also request to reserve parking spaces for guests with official handicapped parking passes. Other accommodations may be available by specific request.

Wheelchair escorts are available for guests with passes to the Special Seating area once inside the Events Center. However, Binghamton University does not rent equipment to visiting families. If you believe you may need to rent equipment to participate fully in campus events, please contact a vendor for this equipment in your area for this service.
