Diplomas,
Transcripts & Yearbooks

Diplomas are mailed to the
Permanent Home Address on file with the Registrar's
Office 6-8 weeks following the semester in which candidates
have completed their requirements. Undergraduate students
must have an active Application
for Degree on file to be considered a degree candidate.
Students are responsible for providing the correct
address to ensure their diploma arrives promptly.
Address changes should be submitted in writing to
the Registrar's Office. The student's original signature
is required; we cannot accept requests by phone or
e-mail. The official Address Change Form is available
in the Registrar's Office, and on the Registrar's
Office website. Outstanding obligations in any
amount will prevent diploma mailing. Students may
check for outstanding obligations on the BUSI
system--select "Quik Pay Student Payment,"
log in, then "View Accounts." Questions
about diplomas should be directed to the
Registrar's Office.
Transcripts are provided
by the Registrar's Office. Details may be located
on the
Registrar's Office website. Outstanding obligations
valued $1.00 or more will prevent the mailing of transcript
requests. Students may check for outstanding obligations
on the BUSI system--select
"Quik Pay Student Payment, log in, then "View
Accounts." Questions regarding transcripts should
be directed to the Registrar's
Office.
Yearbooks are published and
distributed in the Spring semester. The 2008 Spring
yearbook will include Summer 2007 graduates, Fall
2007 graduates and Spring 2008 candidates. Senior
portraits are offered on campus for the Yearbook in
the Fall semester. Dates and picture registration
procedures will be sent to students on the Undergraduate
Senior Listserv (those with 88 or greater credits).
Questions about senior portraits or yearbooks should
be directed to the Yearbook Office at (607) 777-3300.
